I highly recommend Pinpoint Group, LLC for several reasons. Josh Hernandez, you went above and beyond, spending time walking with Natalie and I around NYC, to show us a few apartments so we could see the size of a studio apartment to a one bedroom. It gave us a visual, dimension wise, since we would be finalizing a lease soon from three different states. Our broker, Alan Bundonis, with his expertise and professionalism, found my daughter the perfect apartment that fit her needs. He listened to what she wanted, he understands the NYC apartment market to the nth degree, he explained every detail on how the system worked while he took care of all contract details and was always available to answer the million questions, I am sure I asked of him. All said and done, he found her the perfect apartment. Thank you, Alan and Josh, for your knowledge and patience and for making what could have been a very stressful experience, a successful one. I highly recommend Pinpoint, LLC, Alan Bundonis and Josh Hernandez for anyone looking for a top-notch real estate broker service.

My daughter is a Columbia student and we recently had the pleasure of working with Alan Bundonis, a standout real estate broker in New York City and a proud graduate of Columbia University. Alan's expertise and dedication were evident from our first meeting. His deep understanding of the NYC market, combined with his impeccable professionalism, made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Brokers in NYC can be difficult and unyielding. That’s not the case with Alan.

Alan's Columbia education clearly shines through in his professional approach. His attention to detail and commitment to client satisfaction are truly commendable.

Throughout our collaboration, Alan was always accessible and responsive, via text, and he patiently addressed all my questions and concerns. His friendly demeanor and genuine passion for real estate made the experience enjoyable and rewarding.
I highly recommend Alan Bundonis to anyone looking to buy, sell or rent real estate in New York City. His expertise, integrity, and dedication make him an invaluable partner in the real estate journey.

We had a great experience with Alan Bundonis. My daughter was moving to NYC for the 1st time for a new job and he was excellent at helping us navigate through the renting process. He made sure we knew what documents we needed ahead of time so when the time came to put in an application, the process was very smooth. He’s great to work with and is very knowledgeable about the NYC rental market. I couldn’t recommend him more to anyone who needs to rent in NYC!
